Create and develop core & function competency models. Create definitions of desired individual or group performance, and identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets. Assist the organization in areas of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development and change management. Manage the process of replacement planning, succession planning, key employee retention design, change management, workforce management and development.
